Blueprint toolbar names don't update if you change name of blueprint

Unsure if this is a bug or intentiona. When updating spelling mistake of blueprint name the name change does not update on the blueprint toolbar.

yeah, the blueprint hotbar is a bit of a "snapshot" when you add things to it
its documented, and i suspect subject to change down the line
