#[0.0.7] Belts Launchers waiting to send items

I have a diagonal combiner platform which as far as I can tell should be outputting the full 4 belts out, but the belt launchers are just... waiting sometimes? The output belt isn't full, it's going into another platform that still has room on those incoming belts, and I have another copy of that same platform somewhere else that performs as expected, so this seems to be a bug of some sort.

Known bug, delete and replace the space belt

Same, replacing belt helps for a few minutes only, nice that it's getting fixed
