The buttons on the UI work, but the hotkeys don't - the game plays a "clunk" sound but nothing happens. The sound it plays is different to the sound which plays when I use the buttons on the UI (the sound when undo and redo work).
I've added screenshots of my custom hotkeys in case something is wrong there.

There is a related issue known that "ctrl + key" does also trigger "key"

So I think the rebinding Z to floor down is also triggered.
We are aware of the issue with keybinds using ctrl, and will work on fixing for a futer patch.
I think rebinding it would be the only fix for the moment.

No worries. Everything else seems fine for now. I also have Ctrl set to "select area"
