I just finished the Blue Square Sidequest (I think it within Milestone 3) and even though I delivered 1200 pieces and it shows with a green checkmark it is not flagged as completed. On the screenshot you can see its still locked even though you can see the correct numbers. Also reloading did no fix it.

ah ok I see I thought all sidetasks are unlocked at the same time. Is there any way to see when I can start it? I just pinned all available sidetasks and build what just seems fitting with my current setup. I though the "lock" only meant its not done yet.

you can see what is unlocked and not done by the orange ui

Thanks for reporting, it seems a common issue to start delivering "locked" tasks so I would appreciate feedback and suggestions so we can improve this. It should be made more clear 🙂
