[0.0.7] Drag-scrolling in the Blueprints Library interferes with dragging and dropping blueprints

In the Blueprint Library, dragging blueprints into folders in certain directions is impossible when the open directory is scrollable. In the video, I try to drag a blueprint into a folder that's right above it, but I can't do so because that also scrolls the directory.

I have come across this as well. Requires enough Blueprints for scrolling to be enabled.
