For reference, the number of buildings replicated in the video is 2890. in any case, such a number of buildings should not cause lag. Hopefully this can be optimized.
Hi, just for reference, how large is the savegame, how many total buildings does the game contain when you recorded the issue?

Had a similar issue on my first even run (before even getting operator certificate), if needed I can try to reproduce it
In fact, version 0.0.1 has been greatly optimized in terms of performance. As long as you're not copying and pasting, there's usually no noticeable lag. The current known issue where loading and unloading large quantities of cargo would cause lag has been fixed and will be implemented in 0.0.2. Now all that's missing is only copy and paste, I think.
Awesome, thanks for the swift reply and all the details. Yeah it is somewhat expected with this large size of a savegame, depending on your GPU of course. We strive to optimize it further.

As note for mine:
I was on extreme settings when my computer is roughly running it at 90-110 FPS (i got vsync at 144).
Could be just my computer struggling, and on my side it was not was bad as yours, just noticeable as not fluid anymore
Do you happen to have the player log as well when you reproduce it? That would perhaps show some insights. ๐

Player log of just starting the game, reproducing it, save, then close the game (idk if it makes it easier)

Extra information:
- I tried while being on minimum settings, same latency issue
- And i checked the cpu/gpu usage, doing nothing or shaking the blueprint did not affect AT ALL neither.
On this i can just provide the save if you wanna reproduce on your end if needed

just to add my own experience, i have ~7k buildings and when i copy paste 200+ buildings my fps cuts in half
Lets see how that compares to 0.0.2 which should improve that. ๐
