[Alpha 23.2] Anchors for space belts/pipes work differently from conveyor belts/pipes on islands

The difference between anchors for conveyors/pipes and space belts/pipes is that the anchor seems to limit how I can make "corners" after putting down an anchor, if that makes sense. Per Tobias space belts/pipes might be missing some logic.

I would expect the anchor mechanic would work similarly for both.
