Description :

With HDR On and Windows auto-HDR enabled :
When choosing Borderless mode in Graphics settings and when pressing alt-tab or the windows key, the screen blinks for 1 or 2s (like you change your monitor input) before going to the desktop.
Going back to the game do the same sequence.
Therefore, the game is not in HDR.

With HDR On and without Windows auto-HDR enabled or with HDR Off :
When choosing Borderless mode in Graphics settings and when pressing alt-tab or the windows key, the screen doesn't blink but the monitor shows a monitor input switch popup going to the desktop.

In Direct3D 12 mode (with --force-d3d12 launch parameter), HDR is On and no blinking.

Expectation :
Smooth going back to the desktop without blinking.

auto hdr only works for d3d11 and d3d12
this game uses vulkan

ive tried using auto hdr with this and ive seen the screen go back into sdr with this game (with the screen going blank for 3-5 seconds)

It seems the game can't handle HDR at all.
I'm with HDR On at the desktop and, even without auto HDR, the monitor switch input source. And in-game, there is no HDR.
