I saw it before somewhere on discord but it wasn't fixed so I write here just in case.
Basically, both Shifts are called the same but they work independently - I couldn't rotate ccw because the right shift was bound, which I not use.

I was a bit hasty with my report, the problem seems different - some settings ignore different shifts and always use the same one regardless of the setting, like toolbar selection, and others, like rotation ccw, have them flipped. Setting LShift uses RShift ingame and viceversa.

From other report:
When bind Left or Right Shift Key + an other Key or Mouse Button, Only the right shift will function in game.

Have also found that some bindings I've mapped but then cleared become bound to that key again on fresh game launch and I need to clear them again as they're conflicting with other binds.
Example I bound 'Vertical angle up' and 'Vertical angle down' to , and . but then changed to be bound to 'Select Connected' and 'Clear Contents', but also as Ctrl+. and Ctrl+, for 'Clone Selection' and 'Paste Blueprint'
I have bound my mouse tilt wheel to . and , as a lot of games don't recognise the default mouse input.
